Accompaniment
At Bootcamp we emphasize on becoming stronger and fitter by learning to move
better and faster. There is a variation for each exercise to ensure that you can train
maximally at your level and learn more and more challenging exercises
Training
At the Bootcamp we use a combination of functional strength training, high impact conditioning, mobility and interval training. We regularly train with small equipment for an extra challenge.
Fun
The lessons are always varied, so you never get bored and always find challenge in new exercises or combinations of movements. In addition, you train in a group, which makes it more fun and motivating.
